Para participar en el nivel técnico, deberá tener una cuenta en la página web de formación. Una vez que haya iniciado sesión, deberá realizar los siguientes cursos.
Cada curso se compone de un módulo de formación o un video y un examen. Debe completar y enviar el examen. Para poder acreditar cada curso, debe obtener una calificación al menos del 80% en el examen. Los cursos de nivel técnico que hayan sido completados dentro de los seis meses anteriores a la inscripción en el programa podrán aplicarse para la obtención del certificado.
