2. Selling Skills – This course introduces the keys to making sales: building relationships and trust, asking questions, listening attentively, being knowledgeable about the products you sell.
3. Suggestive Selling – This course gives you the product knowledge to know when to suggest better products and when to suggest add-on accessories.
4. Selling the Best – This course encourages the distributor employee to persuade a customer who initially intended to buy a competitor’s product to try Hunter products, explaining the advantages and reasoning for switching.
5. Summary – This course recaps the main points and gives suggestions for moving forward with the additional resources Hunter offers.
